FAQ

Do you guarantee rankings or a number of reviews?

No. Nobody can honestly guarantee Google rankings or review counts. We do the steady work that helps a profile: answering reviews, keeping information accurate, posting regularly and publishing useful local content.

Will you write reviews for my business?

Never. We don't post fake or incentivized reviews, and we don't filter which customers get asked. We help you ask all of your customers the same way, using Google's own review link.

Do I lose control of my Google profile?

No. You stay the Owner. We're added as a Manager and you can remove us at any time.

Who approves replies to negative reviews?

You do. We draft replies to 1–2 star reviews and send them to you to approve before they're posted.
